The Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts and The Norwalk Symphony Orchestra are thrilled to announce a unique partnership - "SOMETHING WONDERFUL" a Broadway concert featuring the best of Rodgers & Hammersteins' iconic love songs to celebrate the romance of Valentine’s Day! Headlined by a slew of Broadway stars including Shereen Pimentel (Maria in Broadway's Revival of WEST SIDE STORY) and Nick Fradiani (Winner of AMERICAN IDOL) in tandem with the symphony.

Something Wonderful plays for two performances on February 12th, 2022 at 5pm and 8pm at the Norwalk Concert Hall. Enjoy live performances of classics from Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music, The King and I, Carousel, Cinderella and more.

Proceeds for the event will benefit The Norwalk Conservatory of the Art's 16x16 Scholarship Initiative. An opportunity for 16 Connecticut based high school students and 16 students from across the nation to attend the Conservatory's Summer Pre-College Arts Training Program. The Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts is a local not for profit focused on bringing live entertainment, performances, and events to Fairfield County. NoCo is also building a performing arts university in South Norwalk with an inaugural class expected in 2023.

Vaccination and Mask Policy:

The City of Norwalk and The Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts will require vaccinations for audience members, as well as performers, backstage crew, and theatre staff, for all performances of Something Wonderful. Masks will continue to be required for audiences inside the theatre, except while actively eating or drinking in designated locations.

Under the policy, guests age 12 and older will need to be Vaccinated (as defined below) with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine AND present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. (Guests 12-18 may use a government-issued ID or school ID - no photo required.) 

Children ages 5-11 may enter the theatre only when accompanied by an adult who complies with the theatre’s vaccination entry requirements.

For international guests TWO doses of any “mix and match” combination of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine are acceptable.

Vaccination Requirements:

“Vaccinated” means on the date of the performance a guest is at least 14 days after their second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine OR at least 14 days after their single dose of an approved single dose COVID-19 vaccine.
Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. Guests may display proof on a smartphone or present a physical copy. If unvaccinated, guests must show proof of a negative Covid test no less than 24 hours before the concert.
